School Nutrition Association's “Wild About School Lunch” theme offers resources to promote programs during National School Lunch Week, October 11-14. Given the truly wild times members are working through right now, it's also an opportunity to share the extent of efforts school nutrition programs and industry partners are undertaking to ensure students have access to healthy meals each day.

SNIP Conference, October 25-27

Registration is open for the re-scheduled School Nutrition Industry Partner Conference at Breezy Point Resort in Brainerd, MN. New this year, join colleagues for a forum discussion on handling supply chain disruptions and staffing shortages. Also, hear from THINK3D speakers at interactive sessions to address the critical impact that workplace culture has within organizations and school nutrition departments.

Every day is a chance to celebrate the value of Farm to School programs and get students excited about eating local. Consider participating in the Great Lakes Apple Crunch on 10/14 or anytime in October. Share pictures with MSNA HERE
Visit the Farm to School Network for a variety of resources to promote program efforts or be inspired by examples from across the country.

The Minnesota Department of Education holds weekly webinars each Tuesday at 2 p.m. Join school nutrition staff for a variety of topics including After School Meal Opportunities for Schools, Dynamic School Wellness Strategies and Verification 200 for School Nutrition Programs.
Each session lasts 30-60 minutes.

Save the date for Annual Conference: August 7-10, 2022, at River's Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud. Thank you to everyone who attended Annual Conference 2021 and all of the vendor partners in the food show.
