The USDA has released new reimbursement rates for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), and the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
The annual payments and rates adjustments for schools and residential child care institutions are based on a 2.64 percent increase in the Food Away from Home series of the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers.
The new rates apply to School Year 2015-16 and are effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. Click on the links to see the exact rate adjustments.
