Q: Do I need to be or become certified to sit for the Credentialing Exam?
A: No, you do NOT need to be certified in order to sit for the Credentialing Exam. The Certification program and the Credentialing Exam are two different programs offered by SNA.
Q: Is there a study guide for the Credentialing exam?
A: Yes, the School Food Service Foundation has developed one and is available through the Emporium at 800-728-0728.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive the results from the exam?
A: Results from the exam will be issued approximately 8 weeks after the test is administered. If you have successfully passed the credentialing exam, you are given the designation SFNS as well as a card and certificate displaying the SFNS designation.
