This is the second in a series of hands-on trainings with Chefs and the University of Minnesota Extension on proper Knife Skills/Safety and Scratch Dressings. Attendees will use their new skills to create their meal to be shared at the end of the training and learn creative ways for schools to partner with local farms without a food hub! They will be working in the kitchen of the Prairie Winds Middle School located in Mankato MN. Due to the “hands on” skills there is a limit of 24 participants. First Come First Served! There will be 3 CEUs available at the completion of the session.
